Purchases made from the online platform of Srivelan Groups cannot be returned once delivered, especially for products categorized as consumables or customized items. However, we provide full replacement for products that are damaged during transit. Replacement requests will be processed after our customer support team verifies the issue through email or phone communication.
Requests for replacement or refund will only be accepted if raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers must share valid proof such as images of the damaged product for verification. Any requests raised after the specified time period will not be considered.
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Customers can request cancellation by contacting our support team via email or phone. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5 to 10 working days.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed only after confirmation via phone call or messaging platforms. A standard shipping charge of Rs. 1,500/- will be applied to applicable orders.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value and delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at the time of checkout.

All orders with a total value above Rs. 1,00,000/- will be eligible for free shipping. Orders with a total value below Rs. 1,00,000/- will be subject to standard shipping charges.
