Our return and refund policy is valid for seven (7) days from the date of purchase on the Srivelan Groups platform. After the expiry of this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any order placed by you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, if any.
You agree that upon receiving a product from Srivelan Groups, you will immediately notify us of any defect or damage within one (1) day of delivery. If you wish to request a return or refund, you may contact us by emailing our support team.
To process your return or exchange request, you must provide a valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt to our customer support team.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. Within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item, we will notify you whether your request qualifies under our return and refund policy.
If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within seven (7) working days from the date of approval.
Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Srivelan Groups is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time frame, you are advised to contact your bank. You may also reach out to our support team for assistance regarding your refund status.
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be damaged or defective.
We offer replacement for products that are damaged during transit. If our team verifies the issue, a replacement will be arranged within seven (7) days from approval of your request.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges.
All decisions regarding approval or rejection of refund and exchange requests are at the sole discretion of Srivelan Groups.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, you may contact our support team through email or phone. Once approved, the refund for the cancelled order will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) working days.
